#LVL has an excellent dimensional strength and weight strength ratio, that is, #LVL with smaller dimensions has greater strength than solid wood. Relative to its weight, it's also stronger. Relative to its density, it is the strongest wood material. #LVL is a versatile wood product. It can be used with plywood, wood or oriented strand board (OSB). #LVL can be fabricated into sheets or blanks of virtually any size or dimension.  
#LVL is manufactured from wood material of uniform quality with the fewest defects. Therefore, their mechanical properties can be easily predicted. #LVL can be custom manufactured according to structural requirements.

We produce pine #LVL panels of processing construction grade, #LVL can be used to manufacture I-beams, beams, columns, lintels, road signs, headers, rim panels, formwork, floor supports, etc. in construction. Compared to solid wood, the high tensile strength of #LVL makes it a common choice for constructing trusses, purlins, truss chords, inclined rafters, etc. The construction-grade #LVL we produce has a high degree of standardization, can be used all year round, low cost amortization, reasonable price positioning, wide use, environmental protection, and good waterproof, fireproof, and insect repellent effects. 

The size of our regular production #LVL construction plywood is 6000*90*45 mm. The size of the #LVL board can be adjusted at will, and is not affected by the shape and defects of the log. The length of the #LVL board can be up to 8 meters, and the thickness can be up to 300MM. Customers can choose the size and specifications of the #LVL forward board according to their own material conditions. According to the needs of customers, it can be cut at will to fully improve the utilization rate of raw materials. 

Because #LVL plywood is produced after 10 hours of high temperature and high pressure, it is fumigation-free, and exports can be directly exempted from inspection. It can well avoid the disadvantages of wood knots, moth-eaten, color difference, and high humidity. #LVL disperses and staggers the defects such as knots and cracks of the log during production, thereby reducing the impact on the strength. #LVL is a good choice to replace the solid wood of the log.

Due to the corresponding pretreatment and the use of special adhesives in the production process of #LVL board, the produced #LVL board has good insect-proof, anti-corrosion, fire-proof and waterproof properties. The moisture content of the #LVL multilayer board we produce is strictly controlled, and the #LVL multilayer board made of all aspen can fully meet the export standard. #LVL multi-layer board testing conforms to national testing standards. The material comes from ecology, which is harmless to human body and can be used with confidence. 

The materials used in the production of #LVL panels are mainly poplar, pine, eucalyptus, poplar mixed core, etc. Customers can choose materials according to their own conditions.
There are many kinds of glues used in the production of #LVL oriented boards for packaging. Using different glues will produce #LVL boards of different quality. Customers can choose the glue grade to use according to their own material conditions. #LVL sheets are available in E2, E1, MR glue (urea formaldehyde resin glue), triamine glue, etc.
