We have a complete and systematic #LVL multi-layer board production system, which can realize logs from cutting, peeling, peeling, shearing, drying, veneer finishing, core board gluing, blank grouping, hot pressing, sawing, cutting, Sanding, inspection, repair, packing, out of warehouse. Customers can come to our factory for on-site inspection. We can produce #LVL boards such as fumigation-free wood squares, plywood, pine wood squares, floor slabs, pine keels, pine #LVL pedals, building templates, etc., to fully meet customer needs.

#LVL board can disperse and stagger the defects such as knots and cracks of logs, thereby reducing the impact on strength. #LVL oriented board makes it stable in quality, uniform in strength and small in material variability, and is an ideal structural material to replace solid wood. The size of the #LVL sheet can be adjusted at will, and is not affected by the shape and defects of the log. The length of the #LVL sheet can be up to 9.6 meters and the thickness can be up to 200MM. Customers can choose the size and specifications according to their own material conditions, and cut them at will to improve the raw material utilization.

The processing of #LVL board is the same as that of wood, which can be sawed, sliced, chiseled, tenoned, nailed, etc. #LVL sheet also has the properties of insect repellent, anticorrosion, fireproof, waterproof, etc., mainly because #LVL sheet has been pretreated and special adhesive is used in the production process.
#LVL directional plate has shock absorption properties and can withstand fatigue damage caused by cyclic stress. #LVL multi-layer board is green and safe. The formaldehyde emission of the adhesive used in the production process of #LVL board is lower than the standard, which can ensure the health of users.
