The material we usually use to make #LVL board is poplar log, in addition to poplar, there are pine, eucalyptus, poplar mixed core, etc. Customers can choose materials according to their own conditions.
#LVL board is to cut the log into specification boards, and then cut the specification boards into veneers. After drying, use phenolic resin glue to evenly spray the connecting contact surface with the veneers and age them. The layers are laid flat, and the carbon fiber layer is placed between the veneer layers, and then pre-pressed by a cold press, hot-pressed by a hot press, and finally divided, chamfered, and anti-corrosion to become a veneer layer.
The #LVL board can disperse and stagger the defects such as knots and cracks of the log, thereby reducing the impact on the strength. The #LVL directional board has the advantages of stable quality, uniform strength and small material variability. 

Customers can choose the glue needed to make #LVL multi-layer boards according to the material of the logs. We have E2, E1, MR glue (urea-formaldehyde resin glue), triamine glue and other glues to choose from. Using different qualities of glue will produce different qualities of #LVL plywood.
