The pine #LVL beams we produce mainly have two sizes of 45*90*5900 mm and 35*90*5400 mm. The size of LVL sheet in large quantities is subject to 45*90*5900mm, and can also be customized length up to 9.5 meters. #LVL belongs to the Structural Composite Lumber category and is made from dried and graded wood veneer, strips or lamellae. The veneers are layered and bonded together with a moisture-resistant adhesive. The veneers are stacked in the same direction, that is, the wood grain is perpendicular to the length of the blank.  
The veneer used to manufacture #LVL is less than 3mm thick and produced using spin stripping technology. These veneers are well treated, scanned for defects, analysed for moisture content and cut to a width equal to 1.4 m using rotary shears for #LVL production.
