We mainly produce #LVL multi-layer sheet for packaging, the size of #LVL multi-layer sheet is 8000*100*100mm. The logs for the production of #LVL boards include pine, poplar, and eucalyptus, and the glues include E2, E1, MR glue (urea-formaldehyde resin glue), triamine glue, etc.
#LVL board refers to the rotary cutting of logs into specification boards, and then cutting the specification boards into veneers. After drying, phenolic resin glue is used to evenly spray the connecting contact surface with the veneer and ageing. It is laid layer by layer, and the carbon fiber layer is placed between the veneer layers, and then pre-pressed by a cold press, hot-pressed by a hot press, and finally divided, chamfered, and anti-corrosion to become a veneer layer.
