The specific process of the T5 process of 6063 aluminum profile:
After extrusion, the aluminum profile is first quenched by air cooling, using air flow to quickly reduce the temperature of the aluminum profile to a certain cooling rate. Air cooling quenching can cool the aluminum profile in a shorter time, avoiding changes in structure and performance caused by too slow cooling speed.
Then the air-cooled aluminum profile is transferred to the aging furnace and kept at a temperature of about 200ºC for 2 to 3 hours. 1. Melting and casting:

3. Surface treatment:
Cleaning: Clean the surface of the extruded aluminum profile to remove oil, dust and impurities on the surface to ensure the quality of subsequent surface treatment.
