About the production process of #LVL multilayer board:
First of all, it is necessary to apply glue to the veneer. The glue has various grades such as E0, E1, E2, etc. The glue used for #LVL boards is different, and the degree of environmental protection is also different.
Then the contact surfaces need to be connected and aged.
The aged veneer is laid out layer by layer with the carbon fiber layer between the veneer layers.
Put the pre-pressed leather into the hot press for high temperature hot pressing.
The hot-pressed sheet is divided, chamfered and anti-corrosion treated.
