We mainly produce construction grade LVL, #LVL multi-layer board size is
5800*200*45mm. We can also customize the length, width and thickness of #LVL building beams according to customers' needs, and also can choose suitable wood and glue according to customers' needs. The logs used in the production of #LVL boards are pine, eucalyptus, and the glues are E2, E1, MR glue (urea-formaldehyde resin glue), triamine glue, etc.

#LVL board refers to the rotary cutting of logs into specification boards, and then cutting the specification boards into veneers. After drying, use phenolic resin glue to evenly spray and age the connecting contact surface with the veneer. Lay layer by layer, place a carbon fiber layer between the veneer layers, then cold-press pre-press, hot-press and hot-press, and finally cut, chamfer, and anti-corrosion to become a veneer layer.
#LVL sheet has good stability and load-bearing. #LVL plywood has the advantages of high strength, high toughness, good stability and precise specifications.
