The size of the fumigation-free #LVL board we produce can be customized, without a lot of cutting and sawing, which can reduce labor costs, so #LVL board gradually replaces solid wood as the main packaging material.
#LVL is the English abbreviation of Laminated Veneer Lumber. It is made of logs as raw materials by rotary cutting or slicing to make veneers. After drying and gluing, the blanks are assembled according to the grain or most of the grains, and then hot-pressed and glued. . According to the material, it can be divided into poplar #LVL and pine #LVL; according to the use, it can be divided into packaging-level #LVL, furniture-level #LVL, and construction-level #LVL.

Although some properties of laminated veneer lumber are not as good as that of finished wood, the defects of the log itself (knots, cracks, decay, etc.) are evenly distributed in the laminated veneer lumber (#LVL), and the average performance is better than Logs are sawn into timber.

The size of the #LVL board can be adjusted at will, and is not affected by the shape and defects of the log. The length of the #LVL board can be up to 8 meters, and the thickness can be up to 300MM. According to your own material conditions, you can choose the size and specification of the #LVL forward board and cut it at will, can improve the utilization rate of raw materials.
Due to the use of special adhesives and corresponding pretreatment in the production process of #LVL board, the #LVL multi-layer board produced has the properties of insect-proof, anti-corrosion, fire-proof and waterproof. 

There are many kinds of glues used in the production of #LVL oriented boards for packaging. Different glues are used, and the quality of the produced boards is different. Customers can choose the glue grade to use according to their own material conditions. For example, E2, E1, MR glue (urea-formaldehyde resin glue), triamine glue, etc.
The moisture content of the #LVL plywood we produce is strictly controlled, and the #LVL plywood made of all pine wood can fully meet the export standard. #LVL multi-layer board testing conforms to national testing standards.
