The size of our conventional #LVL multilayer boards is 40*2400*30mm, and #LVL multilayer boards can also be customized according to customer needs. We can produce #LVL sheets of 10-300mm thickness, any width, and no more than 12 meters long. The size and specification of #LVL forward board for packaging can be customized according to customer requirements. 

The #LVL door core panels we produce are mainly made of poplar, pine, eucalyptus, poplar hybrid core, etc. Customers can choose materials according to their own conditions.
There are many kinds of glues that can be used when making #LVL oriented boards for production packaging. Different glues are used, and the quality of the #LVL sheets produced is also different. Our commonly used glues are E2, E1, MR glue (urea-formaldehyde resin glue), triamine glue, etc. Customers can choose the glue grade to use according to their own material conditions. 

The moisture content of the #LVL plywood we produce is strictly controlled, and the moisture content is kept at 12%, and the #LVL plywood made of poplar can fully meet the export standard.

About the production process of #LVL plywood:
The log is cut into specification boards, and then the specification boards are cut into veneers; after drying, phenolic resin glue is evenly sprayed on the connection and contact surfaces of the veneers and aged; the aged veneers are tiled layer by layer, and make the carbon fiber layer between the veneer layers; then pre-press by cold press, hot press by hot press, final segmentation, chamfering, and anti-corrosion to form veneer laminates.
