The production process of plastic wood fence generally includes the following steps:

About the installation process of plastic wood fence:

1. The distance between the two posts of the fence board is 1800 mm. The fence board can be installed longitudinally, in L-shaped or T-shaped.
2. Remove the post cap before using the post, and then take out the expansion screw inside.
3. After confirming the position of the embedded iron, use an impact drill (the drill bit diameter is 12 mm) to drill holes, and then fix them with screws.
4. Each post has two card slots with edge banding inside, which can be moved to meet different installation needs.
5. Put the aluminum alloy post on the outside of the embedded iron.
6. Use a level to adjust.
7. Take out the L-shaped bracket from the lower bracket, and then insert it into the notch according to the above figure.
8. Insert the lower bracket along the notch of the aluminum alloy post.
9. Insert the lower bracket between the two posts and fix it with screws (M4*19 screws).
10. Insert the fence panels step by step along the notches of the two end posts. Note that each fence panel should be joined.
