Core material
Russian imported pine is used as the main raw material. This wood has the characteristics of clear texture, hard texture, and is not easy to deform and crack. At the same time, the natural pine aroma can play a certain insect repellent effect. All wood is dried at high temperature, and the moisture content is controlled between 8% and 12%, ensuring that the product can maintain stable performance under different climatic conditions.

 

In terms of production technology, we use full mortise and tenon structure connection to avoid the potential safety hazards caused by the use of metal connectors. The key load-bearing parts are reinforced with double mortise and tenon, and the bed board spacing is scientifically calculated to ensure both air permeability and sufficient support. The surface treatment uses environmentally friendly water-based paint, which is polished six times and painted three times to form a smooth and delicate protective layer without formaldehyde, heavy metals and other harmful substances.
