The SPC floor is mainly composed of calcium powder and polyvinyl chloride stabilizer in a certain proportion to form a composite floor covering material. It is a new material for energy saving and emission reduction, hard SPC indoor flooring. The SPC floor uses calcium powder as the main raw material. After plasticizing and extruding the sheet, four-roll calendering heat-applied color film decorative layer and wear-resistant layer, it does not contain heavy metal formaldehyde and harmful substances. It is a 100% formaldehyde-free environmentally friendly floor.
The new stone-plastic floor technology overcomes the problems of seam separation, warping and drumming that occur when most floors are subjected to changes in external cold, heat, dryness and humidity.
The main structure is divided into UV reinforced coating, transparent wear-resistant layer, printed fabric layer, and base balance layer (lock splicing system).
UV strengthening coating: The floor treated with UV paint strengthening will effectively improve the performance of the floor such as wear resistance, high temperature resistance, and stain resistance.
Transparent wear-resistant layer: the core protective layer that directly affects the service life of the plastic floor. A high coefficient wear-resistant layer can increase the service life of the floor.
Printed fabric layer: Use high-definition digital imaging technology to scan the real wood texture at a macro distance, analyze the real wood texture, and present the wood grain image vision.
Basic level balance layer (lock splicing system): the balanced structure of the whole floor base layer of the journey, at the same time, it has flame retardant effect, and the fire protection level reaches B1 level.
SPC lock floor lock process
The locking technology is to connect the floor boards in a way of interlocking through the inverted tenons around the floor, so as to assemble the floor boards into an overall structural form. Construction points before installation of SPC stone-plastic lock plate:
1. A 10mm expansion joint should be left in front of the wall, door frame and SPC. For rooms larger than 100 square meters (length and width more than 10 meters), there should be gaps for expansion. If the length of the corridor exceeds 15 meters, expansion joints should be set at about 10 meters. Keep a gap of not less than 13 mm between the door and the ground to ensure that the normal door switch will not be worn with the ground.
2. It can be used on the concrete floor and tile surface or the subfloor with moisture infiltration, but the next layer must have a moisture-proof pad.
3. After the product enters the installation site, it should be placed in a place with standard ventilation, backlight and no humidity. The product must be stored at room temperature for at least 48 hours without opening the package before installation.
4. Be sure to put heavy objects (such as a bundle of planks) on each new connection to make it stable.
5. Reserve a height: The customer should properly reserve the required height according to the contact height between the actual ground and the SPC stone-plastic lock floor, especially door pockets, corners, heating covers and other irregularities and details. Analytical processing.
Construction management process of SPC stone-plastic lock floor installation project:
Step 1: Clean the basic ground.
Make sure that there are not many sand particles on the ground, so as not to affect various minor problems in the later use of the floor.
Step 2: After the ground is cleaned, spread moisture-proof cotton.
The third step: choose the paving method:
1. 369 splicing method; 2. 4/5 staggered front paving; 3. I-shaped splicing; 4. DIY creative splicing;
Step 4: After choosing the paving method, start laying at a right angle wall. After aligning the buckles, if the buckles are embedded at a 45-degree angle, the floor laying does not require a wooden frame; it can be laid out directly in this way, leaving a gap of 10mm between the wall and the board.
Step 5: After the entire ground pavement is completed, enter the final process. If you need to install the base line after finishing the lock floor, install the base line directly. If the base line is not installed, just seal it with glass glue. (It is the wall, lock the gap between the floor and the wall, and use glass glue to store it, so it will look more beautiful.)
