HOW IT IS CONSTRUCTED
Expertly crafted of solid poplar wood, beech wood, engineered wood and MDF. Expertly constructed with mortise-and-tenon and tongue-and-groove joinery for high quality structural integrity. Kiln-dried wood helps prevent warping, splitting, cracking and developing mildew. Drawers feature English dovetail joinery and waxed wooden glides, which ensure smooth motion. Sturdy half-moon safety stops keep drawers securely in place. Finished in child-safe, water-based paint in Sand, which provides durability, depth of color and richness to each piece.

Mattress platform is made of 100% solid wood slats for extra strength; designed for use without a box spring (mattress sold separately). Features 1 spacious drawer in bed base for extra storage. Drawer can be installed on either side of #bed. Metal drawer pulls are finished in Brushed Nickel.
