After drying, use phenolic resin glue to evenly spray and age the connecting contact surface with the veneer. Each layer is laid flat, the carbon fiber layer is placed between the veneer layers, then cold-pressed and pre-pressed, hot-pressed and hot-pressed, and finally cut, chamfered, and anti-corrosion to become the veneer layer.
The #LVL board can disperse and stagger the defects such as knots and cracks of the log, thereby reducing the impact on the strength. The #LVL directional board has the advantages of stable quality, uniform strength and small material variability.
